1-3 nights - Full Deposit**
4+ nights - 50% Deposit**
(reservation deposits are applied upon check in.)
Deposits expire at 8 p.m.

**CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund of deposit is given minus a $25 fee per
site only if
cancellation or change of dates is received 10-days prior
to scheduled arrival date (30-day notice for stays over 2 weeks, fee $15/week). Deposit is non-refundable
within cancellation period.
